Finds roles
Iris scans job sources and company hiring systems, then scores roles against each user's background, constraints, and preferences.
Personal job-search agent
Iris is a personal AI job-search agent. Iris finds roles worth your time, prepares tailored application materials, tracks follow-ups, and asks for approval before consequential actions like submitting applications or contacting employers.
How Iris works
Iris scans job sources and company hiring systems, then scores roles against each user's background, constraints, and preferences.
Iris tailors resume materials from confirmed user facts and prepares the application package for review.
Iris records confirmations, recruiter replies, follow-ups, and pipeline changes so the user can see what happened after submit.
Google data use
If a user chooses to connect Gmail, Iris requests read-only Gmail access through Google's consent screen. Iris uses that access only to find job-application confirmations, one-time application codes, recruiter replies, and employer status updates. Iris does not send email, modify mailbox contents, sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or store raw message bodies as product content.
